Flexible Training Schedule

At GRIT Running Center, we understand that life can sometimes get a little hectic. Whether you're a working professional, a parent, a student or simply someone with a busy schedule, we believe everyone deserves time to prioritize their health and personal goals. That's why we offer a flexible training schedule to seamlessly integrate with your lifestyle and cater to your specific needs. We are open Monday through Friday, with classes starting as early as 4:50 AM, and afternoon classes beginning at 5:00 PM. Don't let a busy schedule hold you back from achieving your running goals. How Often Should I Be Attending Class?

For most of our athletes, we generally recommend attending one to two training sessions per week. Classes are strategically designed to focus on particular aspects of their training plan. Whether it's building speed, working on strength, or building an aerobic base. This combination ensures the development of a well rounded endurance athlete. The remainder of our athletes' weekly running volume is typically completed outdoors. However, training frequency is highly individualized and depends on various factors such as the athlete's experience level, current fitness and race goals.
