Here at GRIT, we understand that life can sometimes get a little hectic. Whether you're a working professional, a dedicated parent, a student, or someone with a busy schedule, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to focus on their training, health, and well-being. That's why we offer a flexible training schedule designed to seamlessly integrate with your lifestyle.
We are open Monday through Friday, with classes starting as early as 4:50 AM, and afternoon classes beginning at 5:00 PM.
Every runner’s path is unique. While some thrive in the dynamic atmosphere of our group classes. Others, perhaps returning to running, recovering from an injury, or simply seeking to refine their technique and form, find our private sessions to be the ideal environment for them to start or rebuild their running journey.

Consistency

The founders of GRIT found that incorporating treadmill workouts were the ultimate solution to overcome Houston’s unpredictable weather. Giving athletes a valuable opportunity to lock in exact paces while providing a low-impact alternative reducing the risk of injury.
We’re proud to be one of only three places in the greater Houston area with state-of-the-art Woodway treadmills—and the only training center with certified running coaches.
