Flexible Training Schedule
Here at GRIT we recognize that life can sometimes get a little hectic. Whether you're a working professional, a dedicated parent, a student, or simply someone with a busy schedule, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to focus on their training, health, and well-being. That's why we offer a flexible training schedule to seamlessly integrate with your lifestyle and cater to your specific needs. We are open Monday through Friday, with classes starting as early as 4:50 AM, and afternoon classes beginning at 5:00 PM.
While some athletes thrive in the dynamic atmosphere and accountability of our group classes. Others, perhaps returning to running, recovering from an injury, or simply seeking to refine their technique and form, find our private sessions to be the ideal environment for them to start or rebuild their training journey.

Consistency
GRIT Running Center is one of the three places in the greater Houston area that has access to state-of-the-art Woodway treadmills and the only one with certified coaches who specialize in running.
The founders of GRIT faced numerous challenges in maintaining a consistent training cycle due to Houston's unpredictable weather. However, the incorporation of treadmill workouts emerged as the ultimate solution to overcome this. These treadmill sessions also offered a valuable opportunity to lock in exact paces while providing a low-impact alternative to running on hard outdoor surfaces, reducing stress on the joints and helping them stay injury-free.
